This is a great option for PVE.

For a resto shaman in PvE, this is basically tier 6 quality. It's a sidegrade to Nadina's Pendant of Purity from Black Temple, and not too far behind Brooch of the Highborne from Sunwell.

If you put a 22 healing gem in this, and compare it to Lord Sanguinar's Claim https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=30018 :

With the 22 healing gem this has the same amount of +healing as Sanguinar's, and it already has the same amount of intellect and mana per 5. You gain 13 stamina and 18 resilience, making this a decent piece for PvE. A good choice if your guild has not killed Kael'thas or does not run Tempest Keep anymore.
