A fantastic cloak, and one of three in the game that I could find with sockets.

I socketed mine with a Shining Fire Opal (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=30564) which brings it to 31 Spell Damage and 18 Hit.

Socket with a https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=30564 which drop in Heroic Mech (and as of 2.4 are no longer unique) and you have yourself 18 Hit / 31 Damage.

Compare this to the Ruby Drape's 18 Hit / 30 Damage. You do lose 10 Stam / 9 Int however.

Not bad for a blue ;D.

This droped for us yesterday and IMO it is pretty nice. It is socketable and it is better then some of the purples.
