This might possably be one of the best chest's in the game, this is up there in the ranks with tier 6 stuff, this and cursed vision are probly gunna be the 2 pieces you'll have as you off set piieces. That's If you do choose to have 2 off set though, I would if i had this. The reason this is so good though is because this would kick some serious ass with pvp or pve the armor ignore bonus on this is like godly and the hit rateing is always good, however this is ment mainly for pve if your not big into pvp this would be good, despite it's lack of a resil bonus this would still be nice.

tbh, im not sure if i would actually trade 0o.. i think most of the items you can buy from the old one + the sunmote seems worse.

Got this baby yesterday on my enhancement shaman #31 in the world.
There's no better chest at the moment in game for my spec.
Clearly an Enhancement shaman/hunter chest.
Rogues get the LW pattern bop chest.

In my opinion this is one of the best items EVER. At the moment i can't calculate the % crit rating but "The chance to critical strike increases by 1% per 22.08 critical strike rating points at level 70 and 14 critical strike rating points at level 60.". Have in mind that the item also gives extra agility ... quite good :)
