Great legs for resto shammies, the sockets are amazing since you can pop 2x 22+ heal and a 11+ heal and 2mp5s and reach a 18mp5s and 178 healing unenchanted i like how most 2.4 things have amazing socket choices

Two Quick Lioneyes and a Teardrop Crimson Spinel would probably be the gem combination of choice in these legs. Of course, if you have more haste gems in other parts of your gear you can always go for two spinels and one lionseye but I'd be very surprised to not see at least one of these gems appearing in these legs, presuming the shaman that has them knows how his class works in raids...
