This helm plus a sunmote can be traded in for the caster dps version of the helm (Cover of Ursoc the Mighty).

This item is an excellent helm upgrade for any Resto Druid. Compared to to Guise of the Tidal Lurker this will give you:

+9 Stamina
+7 Intellect
+40 Spirit
+38 healing
-4 Mp5 sec

Compared to Thunderheart Helmet (Tier 6) this will give you:

+6 Stamina
+12 Spirit
Has Red Socket instead of Blue Socket
Has 2 Mp5 socket Bonus instead of +9 Healing Socket Bonus
+24 Healing
+3 Mp5 sec

This helm will likely be the best available until Wrath of the Lich King expansion.
