At a certain point, if they keep giving tanks avoidance and higher mitigation, the bosses either need to do absurd amounts of damage per swing (making things spikey) or the healers are goign to find themselves with tons of +healing but no real need for it, aside fromt eh fact that the more damage dps does, the more they need to make sure the threat is keeping up.

If you're a druid and have alot of the other Sunwell druid tanking loot, I'm sure you're about armor capped now, which means you can afford to wear this cloak. It'll put more strain on your other acceosories such as neck, rings and trinkets to still be crit immune through defense, but it may be worth it depending on the rest of your gear.
