If you compare this belt with the plate belt from Azgalor in Mount Hyjal you get the following differences (Girdle of Hope => Girdle of Stormgarde's hope).

- 5 spellcrit
- 5 healing
+ 6mp/5s
- 2 yellow sockets (3int socket bonus)
+ 1 red & 1 blue (7healing socket bonus)

The most obvious option for this belt would be 22healing & 11healing+2mp5s with the +7healing socket bonus. Compared to the most frequently used dual 22healing for Girdle of Hope ignoring that socket bonus. Giving: 119healing 16crit 8mp5s VS 128healing 21crit.

If you want raw healing value you go for Girdle of Hope. But seen from a point of general stat balancing I'd say this belt outgears Girdle of Hope. Altho from my point you don't need mp5 as a paladin I do know there's quite alot of paladins that will disagree with me on that point. So ye one will prefer Hope, the other one will prefer to use stormgarde's.

Is this a justice badge reward items or drop from boss?

Does anyone know where this will drop from in ZA? MMO-Champ/WoR don't have it listed anywhere as a drop from a specific boss, but it's on the WoR list of ZA items. It's the best belt in the game so it'd be nice to find out where I'll need to go.

I found this belt useful to keep my +heal up after socketing T5 with yellow crit gems instead of hybrid healing gems. Chuck a Kailee's Rose (or Teardrop Crimson Spinel from non-JCs) and a Royal Shadowsong Amethyst and you'll be set till Girdle of Hope off Azgalor. Some may even choose this over Hope with the large amount of +heal you get from the socket bonus as well as the static MP5 on it.
