Unique-Equipped BoP ring?, it's probably from the Legion Ring event in Blades Edge, off Shartuul, since the other two rings are unique-equip, not entirely sure.

I can say for certain that it is indeed from Shartuul, boss of the blade's edge plateau arcade game. Got this item from him.

Only the person who does the event can loot this ring.

I did it today on my mage (I already have the ring) grouped with a druid who was on a flying mount right next to the transporter the whole event. Loot was on Group Loot, I got the popup window to roll but the Druid did not.

This ring is from Shartuul, yes. Just got it today on my warrior.
I find it annoying that almost everything you get from this event is BoE, but this ring. It's actually a very good ring and could provide you with some nice amount of money on the auction house.
This will never happen because this is BoP and when you get this as warrior you kinda feel you Darkrune was wasted.

However, imo, a pretty good ring that is very easy to get, as the Shartuul event isn't hard but maybe you'll be unlucky and never get this one.

I just managed to get it to drop off Shartuul, who you can only ATTEMPT after reaching Honored with Ogri'la. I wish it were BoE though, seeing as I'm a tankadin...

Ah well, epics are epics, I suppose.
