Looking at the icon of the item and at the screenshots from the kill, these shoulders look like the T6 Rogue shoulders (Slayer's Shoulderpads - https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=31030) with a different color.

The critical strike rating is very nice, 33 should be around 1,49% and the hit rating (almost exactly 1%) is important for combat rogues (if not for every rogue, but especially for combat builds).
But then again, it lacks sockets.

The only reason not to take these, is to avoid breaking 4pc t5. Otherwise, these are a very nice upgrade.

T5 Head > ZA Head due to meta. T5 4 set is easily worth it.

However, even with Shard, Hydross Shoulders are slightly ahead of these due to expertise 9 times out of 10, unless you got the Vashj belt (Unlikely with attunement removal)

These shoulders are fabulous for an enhancement shaman. They're basically the best T6 level shoulders you can get pre-Sunwell. On the other hand, if you prefer not to wear leather or can't get ahold of these for whatever reason, Shoulders of the Hidden Predator ( https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=32264 ) off of Shade of Akama are also very, very good. The leather ones are a little bit more bang for your buck (using T6 level EP values for enhancement gear), but they're both great and they're both considerably better for Enhancement DPS than the questionably itemized Skyshatter Pauldrons.

I have found this thru going thru wowhead and other sites. To be the best shoulders for a rogue till t6 or the ones from sunwell as they give the most overall benefit. Giving all main stat hit,crit and attack power had my t5 shoulders there in the bank now with these taking there place thru on the shoulder enchant and haven't looked back since.
