It has been confirmed many times that all four of the new 'Ace of...' cards have a chance to drop from any instance boss of the level 70 instances on both Heroic and Normal modes.

The Furies deck hand-in is the "Darkmoon Card: Vengeance" trinket

Equip: You have a 10% chance when hit by an attack or harmful spell to deal 95 to 115 holy damage to your attacker.

Once you create & hand in the deck, you will create darkmoon card: wrath.

Each time one of your direct damage attacks does not critically strike, you gain 17 critical strike rating and 17 spell critical strike rating for the next 10 sec. This effect is consumed when you deal a critical strike. This effect stacks up to 20 times.

Kind of cool, but I am skeptical as how effective this trinket will be.

Edit: I stand corrected once again, this trinket is actually the result of the Storms deck. I got the Furies and the Storms decks confused. >.<

Seems this might be a drop from last bosses in lvl 70 instances. I got one from Murmur in non-heroic Shadow Lab.

Not true, I just cleared BM non-heroic and this card dropped from the last boss. It's probably a small chance from non-heroic, and bigger chance heroic.

Now the question is what to do with it. I'm an arms/fury MS/deathwish warrior doing mainly pvp and was doing BM to get the hourglass. Is this good enough so that I don't need the hourglass now?

just so noone is confused with the different card quest rewards, the wrath card is from the storms deck, and the vengeance card is from the furies deck. dont believe me? lets ask blizz

i noticed that there was some confusion with other sights switching the two decks. but blizz says its the storms deck, i got the storms deck, and it gave me the wrath card.

Furies = vengeance

Storms = Wrath

dont get them confused cause u might lose a lot of money XD
