16% drop rate my ass... more like 1,6%... my advice, stick to the tablets you fing on the ground... and if you happen to get a few as drops while you look for them on the ground, so much the better.

Just to clarify, it's inside these "containers" scattered around Ruins of Baa'ri, shouldn't there be another tab with "Contained In" ? It confused me at first, I thought that only the mobs dropped it and they have such a low drop rate that I was about to give up.

confirmed that ashtongue workers drop the tablets, AND you can get them by opening the glowing objects on the ground

Tried quest this date -- found it to be glitched completely. After taking an NPC to about 50% health, they would run away, regain full health and start the battle over. Others wold simply evade all spells. True enough, some did go down, but not enough to allow me to finish the quest or even get close. I will come back another day to find out if Blizzard has fixed. In the meantime, be aware that you may have trouble with this one.

Mobs can also drop them, quite low rate though.

Make sure to revisit areas you previously looted, the item will respawn before the mobs respawn.

Be really careful of runners here, unlike most normal mobs when the Ashtongue Workers start running they don't stop and come back. I had one run and agro about 30 more mobs, I never got a chance to finish the runner off before the boat loads of adds killed me.

Nope, that's accurate. They run to one mob, and when that other mob runs at you, they find ANOTHER one. And they don't stop until killed. Seal of Justice anyone?
