This is undeniable the best wand for priest class there is for pvp/raids, spell hit isnt the highest but it adds up with this wands bonus+enchants and other item bonuses, i may even claim this is better than the Arena wand wich has more dps and stats, atleast for shadowpriests.

Wand crits for around 560 damage, which if you are a shadowpriest and have burnt your fiend, you can still do some pretty decent damage with this thing. also has a nice glow similar to a sparkler so you can write your name with it!

The spell hit is on this makes this one of the best wands out there pre-raiding, for raiding

You need ~150 spell hit for mages (w/ elemental precision) to get 99% to hit against raid bosses. So having this, in a slot which normally doesn't give spell hit at all, is a big boost.

Oh, and it also looks pretty freakin' sick for a wand.

I wonder how blizz decides to make unique icons. Non of the epic top of the line pvp gear has unique icons but then this blue wand has its very own icon. You are weird blizzard!

btw this wand is like a mini-thunderfury. It has the same glow inbetween 2 blades and leaves a lighting trail.
