Great for resto druids in the arena. You have a 4% resist rate on your roots/cyclone, getting spell hit to counter up to 3% is amazing.

This is one of the very best enchants for a damage caster doing end-game content. You need to have spell hit to make sure you hit the bosses. If you spell hit bonus is low (you need +76 assuming you have a talent for +10% spell hit already, and even more if you don't), this enchant gives you 15. Great for balancing your gear.

Considering the lack of comments on this item wherever I look, I'm guessing it's not too popular. Just incase, Adamius can do this on Terenas, Horde side =P
