Very good cape for hunters and easy to get. Go to Blood furnace and all you need to do is to walk into the room where is last boss, so you get complete. Add +12 agility on this and this cape will last long for you. Good that Blizzard has made this good cape so easy to get, no need to wish for drop.

I actually decided to keep my old vindicator cloak https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=27731 for my hunter, mostly due to +hit (which is hard to get at this level still) and after some fast calculations it looks better overall. I went for the necklace since that was a huge upgrade for me even though it has plus spell damage, https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=25714 (+int and +mana/mp5).

My 70 rogue (raiding) used this until Shade level of Karazhan, enchanted it with +12 Agility and it kept going until Drape of Dark Reavers ^^

Great, great cape for Hunters, Warriors and Rogues. =D 15 Agility, 22 Stamina, + 30 Attack Power, that's just insane.

Fantastic cape for rogues, hunters and warriors, easy to acquire and a major upgrade from all but the best level 60 epic cloaks.

I dont know how item budget works, but I belive each stat here (agi, sta, ap) are balanced to be equal, therfore it got the name :-)

I have the lvl 45 sergeants cape as well, I had an 12 agi enchant on it so i will get this one enchanted as well. LVL 60 Ret Pally yet another great reward for easy looking quest. Thank you Outlands...

would this item be good on a 60 mm hunter? because i've been running bf lately and i never get to the end because my group disbandons. should i go through the effort for this cape?

This is pretty nice, better than the lvl 47 cape i have from mara, its very ugly.

im considering buying a cloak of the craft for around 45-50 at lvl 63and im a MM huntershold i just go with this and save for Fmount... i really think this is better with the agi
