I'm not a fan of this ring, if your in a guild capable of getting this, then the "Ring of the Fallen God" off C'thun is acually a more superior ring.

However that said, this is not a bad ring... but just wish it had more thought put into it.

Thats probably because C'thun is harder and drops higher lvl loot than the first couple bosses in naxx.

Inevitable indeed, I don't know what that really means but it sounded right when I said it in my head. On the other hand, yes this is a great caster ring, although as good as its bonuses are, I would have a hard time equiping it since it completely lacks stats.

There are only two rings that are better than this one for a dps mage, Ring of the Fallen God and Frostfire Ring!

For pure damage this ring beats the Frostfire ring, assuming you aren't nearing max hit:

Frostfire Ring
+10 Intellect
+10 Stamina
Equip : Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 30.
Equip : Increases your chance to get a critical strike with spells by 1%.

Of course the difference is very marginal, 6 on the dmg and about 2-3 on the hit>crit for a frost mage at least, so say 8 more dmg for 100 less hp and about 150 less mana. Depends how much of a hardcore damage &*!@# you are I guess :D
