The decision to take one over the other lies in what you will use them for. Granted the Dragonrider has a neat little 5 Stamina and the all important 10 FR for MC's Rag. BUT, the extra 1% hit and the extra 1 damage on the Bloodvine makes these boots overall better for raids and farming.

Some fights makes the increased stamina important, like ZG fight vs. Hexxer, but in most fights I would be wearing the bloodvine boots. But as for Dragonrider boots being a uber rare drop, get real, they drop far more often than felstriker and there are plenty of those around.

These boots are good, but if you can get netherwind boots, dont bother with these, since you will save yourself a good 200 in gold.

i was thinking of having a guilde help me make the bloodvine boots and i already have more than better armor in the other two slots but can you only wear them if you have 300 tailoring or can you only get the bonuses if your 3oo TR
