A freind of mine got a Blue mace in here which he sold for 10G at 20th level, If I could have I would have strangled him.

It is a gamble with these, sometimes you win, sometimes you dont.

I grabbed the ticket voucher quest on my twink so i could get some more XP to hit 19. Turned tickets in and got 5s and a Demon Band, Good stats for a Enhance Shaman

I got 1 silver 86 copper, a Large Green Sack (10 slot bag - pretty spiffy), and a Decapitating Sword of Stamina. Not too shabby if I don't say so myself.

After about 5 of these I opened one that had a lvl 18 rare cloth belt (Kelly's Girdle I think it's called) and a green lvl 19 sword. That was with a lvl 19 mage, who got the faire quest in IF and turned it in for 5 tickets which is enough for one of these prize boxes.
