Even if this PvP talent is quite nice for the 400% reduction cooldown, you must pay attention if you're using Legacy of the Sleeper legendary. As it protects you from any effect that causes you loss of control of your character, it will disable Emerald Slumber the very first second you use it.

So don't activate Emerald Slumber if you're still under Berserk or Incarnation effect because you'll simply activate the cooldown of the spell but won't recieve any of its beneficial effect.
