You can now cast targeted AoE spells like this right away where your cursor is, using @cursor in your macro.
For example:

Or to cast it at your character's feet:

The talent freezing rain is supposed to make blizzard an instant cast.... it does not work

Blizzard was spell id 10 before legion.
re-added from 7.0 patch?
the old spell was removed.

Slow golf clap for the ^&*!@s at Blizz for making this a targeted spell in Midnight. The pruning in this expansion reminds me of the awful days in WOD but worse.
