The maximum reward from the end of dungeon chest is 402 which is equivalent to the lowest tier of Heroic raid bosses (Eranog, Terros, Primal Council, Sennarth)

Completing a +15 keystone will only get you a 408 piece from the Weekly Vault, equivalent to a Heroic raid piece.

The maximum reward from the Weekly Chest is 418 which is between the lowest (415) and middle (421) tiers to Mythic raid bosses
