Large Nerfs to Secondary Stat Gems and Enchants on Dragonflight Beta

In the latest Dragonflight Beta build, some secondary stat gems and enchants have been nerfed by a significant amount.
Gems
Stats on gems have been nerfed by about 62.5%. Thanks for Dorovon for providing this number.
For example, a Rank 3 Quality Gem went from:
235 of a single secondary stat to
88
.
A 187/88 split of secondary stats to a
70/33
split.
Enchants
Enchants on the other hand have a mix of buffs and nerfs. However, the large second stat enchants to rings have been massively nerfed as well.
A Rank 3 Quality ring enchant went from 215 secondary stats to
82 secondary stats.
However, the Tertiary stat enchants on bracers have been increased by 20-25%
