Echoes of Ny'alotha
In order for Echoes of Ny'alotha to drop, you must have obtained the Legendary cloak on that character.
There have been reports that the Mythic+ Dungeon and Rated Arena Win sources have not been updated to the new values. The Weekly Chests are however awarding the correct values.
