In the latest build for Patch 10.1 PTR, there has been a major change to

. These potions are no longer BoP and can be sold on the Auction House.
Elemental Potions of Ultimate Power
In Patch 10.1,
Зелье великой мощи стихий
are no longer Bind on Pickup. They will now be able to be sold on the Auction House like the other Elemental Potion,

. This will make purchasing these potions way more convenient as players will no longer have to order them through the Work Order system.
This change is achievable since

is no longer a required material for this recipe. Primal Chaos will be going away in 10.1 and will be turning into

, a gray item to vendor.
