Here is the Dragonflight Beta dungeon tuning for the current build which includes more Halls of Valor reworks!
A quick summary of the biggest changes:
Algeth'ar Academy:
Crawth's Tornadoes are now slower.
The Echo of Doragosa's Rifts now take 4 stacks to spawn (was 3) and last for only 120 seconds (was 300 seconds).
Azure Vaults:
