Datamined Icon from 10.1 PTR Hints at Return to the Emerald Dream?

A new icon datamined from the 10.1 PTR hints at a potential return to the Emerald Dream as a full outdoor zone in Dragonflight.
The theory revolves entirely around the naming convention of new icons from the 10.1 PTR. In Zaralek Cavern, players can obtain black dragon-themed
armor
and
weapons
from the outdoor zone content. These items have a very specific naming convention of
"blackdragonoutdoor"
in the names of the icons.
One other icon follows a similar naming convention though except for a different outdoor area. A 1-handed glaive has an icon using the naming convention
"emeralddreamoutdoor"
. There's currently no model and item associated with the icon, but the name alone suggests that the Emerald Dream could be returning as a full outdoor zone in Dragonflight though probably not in 10.1.
The Emerald Dream is the verdant realm of the green dragonflight who regulate the ebb and flow of nature through this spiritual counterpart to the world of Azeroth. In Dragonflight, Koroleth and the Primalist forces sought to enter the Dream for some unknown reason. With the help of Merithra, the current green dragonflight leader, we were able to push back the Primalist forces though we were unable to reveal their plot. Do they seek to to wipe the realm from existence or perhaps reawaken the latent nightmare that still slumbers within the Emerald Dream?
