BlizzCon Party Update - Prize Wheel Stretch Goal Reached, Call for Artists

For this week's BlizzCon 2019 party update, Con Before the Storm Powered by Wowhead, we'd like to let you know that the stretch goal for the prize wheel has been funded, and some Kickstarter tiers are selling out!

Stretch Goals
Since our last update, two more stretch goals have been announced, with one of them already reached!
Stretch Goal 3 - Reached:
All Backer Pack ($35 tier) and higher will get a free spin on the Wowhead/Fanbyte prize wheel. Prizes are being finalized, and we will release details about those prizes as we get closer to the event. We know last year there was a wait, but we've worked out logistics and will be collecting and assigning preferred timeslots for each backer. Don't worry about timeslots, as we will work with backers via survey to assign a time-slot for you to come and spin the wheel to reduce wait times for hopefully a time that also works for you! Also did we mention that at this point only backers will have access to the wheel. It would only be after we can guarantee all backers have a good timeslot that we open up the wheel to non-backers, and that process has not been finalized.
Stretch Goal 4: Expanded Art Gallery!
Upon hitting this stretch goal, we will rent standup display walls, to show off even more art, we anticipate between 25%-50% more art. This amount will not only pay rent on those walls, but also printing and mounting costs for the art work we curate. Of course more art means more art to giveaway too! And as always backers get first dibs!
Artists Needed
Every year, Con Before the Storm hosts a fan art gallery featuring 200+ pieces of unique art from community artists - both amateur and professional - that covers all Blizzard game properties. We have each piece printed, mounted and hung up for display at our Blizzcon event! Additionally, each piece lists the artist who created it and where you can find more of his or her amazing work.

What is the Party?
Last week, we announced that Wowhead has teamed up with
Con Before the Storm
for the ultimate BlizzCon 2019 party. Con Before the Storm 2019 will be powered by Wowhead, featuring a fan art gallery, photobooth, meet & greet autograph rooms, discussion panels, and more!
The party will take place on October 31st, 2019, on the 2nd floor of the Hilton Anaheim. Admission will be free, but by supporting the
Kickstarter
, you'll unlock extra gifts like merchandise and art. We know there are many events going on that night, but our party will go on much longer than Blizzard's Darkmoon Faire event, so you'll be able to attend both!
The
Con Before the Storm 2019 Kickstarter
has set a base funding goal of
$19,000
. The Wowhead team, separate from the Kickstarter, is providing financial support but the
$19,000
is still critical as parties this size are massive to run, plus additional costs pop up each year due to increasing rates from the Hilton.

Backers at every donation level will receive special goodies, which are all detailed on the

and include everything from a signed copy of
Before the Storm
to art prints!

However, due to the overwhelming support we'e received, with 20 days left on the Kickstarter, some tiers have already

, including Represent and Backer Pack. Currently, there are only 5 out of 30 spots left for the Swag-A-Tron Live tier, and 9 out of 50 spots left for the Upgraded Represent tier, so if you're after a certain prize, now is the time to pledge!
