I've done just about every quest in Nagrand now, but I still can't pick up this one. Does anyone know what the requirements are to start this chain?

To make this clear. This chain starts in Terokkar Forest. Not in Nagrad. This quest, http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=9889 is obtained to the border of Nagrad in the North West of Terokkar Forest. <Cords is 19, 60 - Terokkar Forest>

To make this clear..
This quest starts in Garadar, Nagrand from Jorin Deadeye (55,37).
*This quest will be labeled under Terrokar Forest.
After that, you travel back to Terrokar Forest to Kilrath (19,60).

If you haven't done the series in Hellfire Peninsula to become Neutral with Mag'har (avoiding Thrallmar rep quests), doing this series will get you there and let you do the Garadar quests.

I found you have to kill the 10 invaders b/f Unkor, or Unkor bugs and won't complete the quest for you.

Don't kill any Ogres until you've talked to Kilrath. He'll give you a kill quest.

One thing worth mentioning is that one has to kill the Ogres first. If one kill "The fat one" first, the quest can't be finished. Or that's at least what I experienced.

This quest counts towards Terror of Terokkar, and not towards Nagrand Slam.

When you enter Garadar you'll normally be stated as unfriendly, but if you do the mag'har quests in Hellfire peninsula, then you may already be neutral, and this opens up alot more quests

This quest chain presents another of the discrepancies that popped up with the world changes in "Cataclysm". We already know that the Mag'har quest chain in Hellfire Peninsula is aborted after the second quest, because you would no longer be able to meet with Thrall in Orgrimmar. however, with this quest chain, we see Garrosh as still being in Nagrand, acting like a whiny, little bugger, Given that he is no longer supposed to be in Nagrand, but long since departed to Northrend and then to Orgrimmar, why he (and this quest chain) still active?

As horde I was stuck at 65/68 for Terror of Terokkar and this quest chain put me over. I only did all quests in Hellfire and then move to Terokkar right after so I didn't know a quest chain that starts at Nagrand would give me the last few quests I needed in Terokkar.

Jorin Deadeye is at exactly 55.6, 37.6. in Nagrand as of this posting, patch 5.1

If you're finding many of the comments about this quest confusing or disjointed - hopefully I can help to clarify the situation.
Like many people, I picked up the quest as part of a group of other unrelated quests and rushed through them whilst working on the Nagrand Slam achievement.

Because I didn't read the quests, I missed the fact that this quest chain takes you out of Nagrand to Terokkar Forest and then back to Nagrand again.

You will find the NPC you need, Kilrath to progress this quest chain in Terokkar Forest at location 19.8, 60.8 (Tom Tom: /way Terokkar Forest 19.77, 60.85).
If you don't have a co-ordinate finder, he's on the far western side of the Terokkar Forest map directly above the first 'o' in Bleeding Hollow Ruins at the base of the hills and west of the 'y' shaped road intersection.

Speak to him and you can pick up the next quest in the chain Don't Kill the Fat One and continue.

as ally, i am stuck on 60/63. I haven't played the character I am playing now for a long time, i only chose to play it because it had originally done 50/63 about 8 years or so ago when tbc launched, so i managed to somehow get to 60...there are 2 quests between nagrand and terrokar...but it leaves me needing 1 quest...might as well be 3.

the morale of the story is simple...terrokar is one huge dump, worst quest designed area of all time and thats saying something, if you need this for your terrokar achievement, then make sure you get enough time to do all the quests..and make sure you pick up all escort quests and lead in quests...don't leave yourself shafted with 3 to go like me.

will probably have to do it all again on one of many high level characters...and i truly hate the place and outlands in particular.

So trying to do the Nagrand Slam I needed to track down missing quests. For this one I was too strong stripped to my undies with no weapon. My lightest action killed him. I finally got lucky and stood next to him while an alliance player punched him. Thank Blizz for adding that feature!

This actually gives you 500 rep with The Mag'har, despite Wowhead saying you only get 250. This quest alone instantly brings you up to Neutral with them if you're starting from scratch, and there are no prerequisites aside from the level 64 requirement. Easily the fastest option if you're just trying to talk to one of the vendors or quest NPCs in Garadar!

Jorin Deadeye has asked that you find and speak with Kilrath.

Description

I have escaped certain death, surviving a cowardly nighttime attack by Boulderfist ogres upon my village.

But I ask you, stranger: For what?

<Jorin points to Garrosh.>

He has refused to give us assistance. Ogres are rampaging through my town and he sits here, weeping into a fire. What has become of us? What will become of us?

I've sent a scout, Kilrath, to the village, now the Bleeding Hollow Ruins. Will you find him and give him your assistance? He hides on the border of Nagrand and Terokkar.
