It says the secrets are still hidden but i can't select any other.
Edit; I had to complete a few quest that were added later that ended with A Legend To Know.
Now i can select (the staff) to coninue.

It keeps phasing me out of this quest mid-way through Stage 3, and then resetting it to Stage 1. VERY annoying.

The first time I tried it I could interact with the sky's hope and the two NPC's came out to begin the ritual but then nothing happened, it didn't complete. I waited a good while and nothing.

Now when I try it I can't even interact with sky's hope?

I have avoided using whirling surge as some people said that stops it from progressing but it made no difference

If you are getting phased out during the flying phase, use steady flight.

To me, this really wasn't obvious, given that I was pretty sure I'd gone into a cave, but you have to mount up and skyride. I was expecting the bird npc next to me to grant me flight and was very confused until I realised.

If you get aggroed by a mob during the fly phase, the quest will bug out and reset.

Does the dungeon and raid need to be done for this? I finished every single quest, not including them and still can't get the damn Sky Hope's relic quest.

The things is with this scenario, you need tro fullfil the PreQuest "Dusk Among Pigments".
You will get it from and NPC called Zur'ashar Shay'neia in Har'Athir
This looks like a normal "Legends of Haranir" Scenario like the others but at the end in the last segment i had a smal problem...
A simple dragon riding with limited view, through the entire zone of Harandar, with a Buff called "Follow Awe'Ohnas path".
It came tro me as i got the message to get up in the sky and then it hit me. Because this is the only scenario where you can fly

Hello, I have a problem with last relic “Sky’s Hope”. It is marked for me as completed, and I can’t proceed with the “Legends Never Die” achievement, as well as quests like “Lost Legends” and “Legendary Prosperity”, as I simple can not select the relic.

Sadly, I can’t add screenshots here, but for me last relic is not highlighted, when I select it, I get information about it like all the other relics, while I have not completed it yet. What caused an issue is that the previous week I completed the 6th relic on my main. And then I was gearing my alt, so I picked up “Legendary Prosperity” for the 246 belt, chose the last relic “Sky’s Hope”, but did not complete it, as for the belt it was only required to choose the relic. And this week I can’t select relics on all my characters. I’ve submitted a bug report, but I don’t know how long will it take, so maybe someone here had this issue and have a solution?

I have all the prerequisites for the quest completed, as I even was able to take it, but now the game thinks it’s actually completed, while it is not.Has anyone else had this issue? and if so how did you fix it?

I've completed all of these haranir weekly quests already.
Now when I klick the stone it phases me, but no new quest object arrive. Just "Learn the Legend of Sky's Hope"

While writing the comment I relogged. Quest just auto completed lol.

If you get this quest and can't select the relic, check your alts to see if any of them are on a different relic quest. That's what happened to me, I found an alt on the Root of the World quest and finished it, then I was able to log back on to my main and proceed with this one.

Description

Sky's Hope: the stone that legend says fell from the sky. Little is known about it besides it being considered a symbol of hope. But why? Following in the path of our ancient ancestor, Awe'ohna, might shed some light on the matter.
