Worth to do this even at level 80. It gives about 100g total and the boss can be soloed.

I got 91 Gold and a bunch of potions from the reward. I had purple and blues and easily soloed boss at level 80.

Taken from thottbot.com, just to clear things out

1. Farm Twilight Cultist humanoids in Silithus. You will need 16 complete twilight sets and 9 large brilliant shards to get the materials to summon the boss that drops this.

2. Use 12 twilight cultist sets to summon 12 Templars from the Lesser Windstones. You may need another person's help, but the Templars are soloable. Each will drop an Abyssal Crest. You will have 12 crests at the end of your summons.

3. If you are Friendly with Cenarion Circle, you will be able to trade in 3 abyssal crests + 1 large brilliant shard for a 'Twilight Medallion of Station'. Do this 4 times, yeilding 4 Medallions of Stations.

4. Take 3 Medallion of Stations and 3 Twilight Cultists sets, and four other party members, and use them on Normal Windstones to summon Abyssal Dukes. Each Duke drops an Abyssal Signet. You should have 3 of these at the end of your summons.

5. If you are revered with Cenarion Hold, you will be able to turn in the 3 Abyssal Signets + 5 Large Brilliant Shards for a "Twilight Ring of Lordship". Take this ring, your last medallion, and your last twilight cultist set and use it on a Greater Windstone. This will summon a Twilight Lord, which have a good chance of droppnig epics.

This may sound like a silly question, but...
Can the scepter from this quest be used to also complete A Humble Offering?
Or do we have to go through the trouble of getting another scepter?

This quest did not become available until I was Revered with Cenarion Circle.

The fire boss has about 39K hp, just so you know for lvl 80 what you would be facing.

I've just soloed this quest as a lvl75 BM Hunter. It's not difficult. The mob that spawned had ~38k health and didn't hit hard.

The reward for this quest is awesome! 95 gold in the chest, plus an epic drop from the boss (BOP) and the other junk that can be vendored for cca. 100 gold total. And don't forget the 2.7 gold (+extra gold for highest level characters) for just completing the quest.

Also, confirming 1000 reputation gain with Cenarion Circle.

Edit: The money you loot from the Chest of Spoils counts towards Got My Mind On My Money.

Description

Huum and I were just talking about you. He tells me you're just about ready to try your hand at fighting an Abyssal Lord!

I must tell you this is a very dangerous endeavor. You'd better bring backup. And I don't mean one or two of your friends, I'm talking about a top-notch, battle-ready fighting force. If your friends are as good as you, you might even defeat it!
