If you're altoholic like me, and want to speed up things a bit, and if Community Feast and Dragonbane Keep events are running at same time, you can just do ONE step on Community Feast (just by getting a task and hitting the 'Yes Chef' button ticks the Community Feast part as complete, then you can fly to the Cobalt Assembly teleporter and teleport to the Dragonscale expedition pad in Waking Shores, and fly fast to do the DBK one in same lockout, on that toon.

You can always return it back to the feast area to finish it later (Pleeqi's weekly quest). Also, it seems these events' gear got their gear updated to Season 4, and, if you don't know yet, I got an extra gear chest with the Feast Weekly's container, along with the gear it always drops.

IMO both should be every 90min (feast is, Keep is 120m), but in a way that they aren't running at the same time. this way one will always happen ~30 min after the other began so even for altoholic, people can have around ~10 min of breath and be done massively with it faster.

this quest cannot be grabbed from adventure guide. you must go to the npc near fountain to get it. seems like an oversight.

I have 8 max level chars so it will take me AT LEAST 16 h from first siege to the last to complete weekly on all alts. Fantastic.

A quest where you need to check wowhead to even know when 2 of the activities are even going to be happening. So much worse than the old gain 3k rep quest.

This quest awarded me a 350 ilvl helm, and not the champion track 489 that was expected. Perhaps dont turn in the quest until it is fixed.

Feels like alot of boxes are bugged right now. Gives 350 gear. Got 350 gear from feast aswell. Beware and wait fix. Not sure if Bliz will fix all the low lvl gear that we got.

Is there a prerequeisite for starting this quest? The NPC doesn't have any available quests for me, and it's not already in my log.

Keeping the Dragonbane Siege on a 2 hour loop is effectively bottlenecking the system making all my alts parked at the keep for days waiting in line for this task to complete.
This event should be on a lowered cooldown for now.

This simply must be changed to only require one of these events, all three is ridiculous especially when you often can't do both the cooking and seige at the same time because the seige finishes so bloody quickly

If you are unable to accept/start this quest, make sure you don't have the weekly quest Aiding the Accord in your quest log. You can not complete both in the same week.

it looks like there is a prerequisite to complete the dragon isles campaign quests on at least one character first before the quest is available to pick up.

This has got to be the worst weekly quest ever. The Siege does not start at the top of the hour, sometimes it starts early and by the time you get there, it is already completed. Very frustrating. At least the feast you have time to get to.

For those interested in mastering the time for this event, the siege is on a 2 hour CD and happens at the top of every even numbered hour beginning at 12am, then 2am, 4am, 6am, etc. A player is capable of parking all characters they play at the starting point for the siege, complete the siege, and then fly to Iskaara for the feast. The feast only requires 5 activities to complete. If one is lucky, a giant fish will appear allowing players to beat the fish for junks of meat. Each piece of meat turn in is worth 1 action during the feast. Hope this information helps.

I've done several "hunt" events on the map and I can't get it to give me credit for participating in a Hunt. Any ideas?
I've done them in the past before this came out and never had a problem.

Blizz appears to have fixed the problem - or it seemed that way on my server.

Community Feast appears to be running every hour at the half hour (e.g. 1:30, 2:30, etc). What confused me on this is that you have two mechanics sort of running at the same time but not always. One is that the Cook gives you instructions under the timer in the quest area. Your assignment may be different from others. Then occasionally the extra will pop where you have to click the chef hat icon before it gives you a second icon to click on which will either start an action (like throw meat in the soup or some other action). But then occasionally it will give you a task rather than perform an action.

Dunno - maybe I was just confusing the two as this was the first time I actually saw any logic to what they were doing. Cute once you get the hang of it but its not easy the first time out as it seems as if there is no order to it at all.

Siege to Dragonbane Keep seems to be running every hour at the top of the hour (e.g. 1:00, 2:00, etc). Albeit I can see why people just park their avatars and wait - I could barely get a shot in there were so many people in the siege.

The "Hunt" apparently rotates through the different zones and only appears in the map once you are in the zone it is happening in. Look for Maruut loot when you mouse over the horn. That is the one you want. I tried going to the main Maruut camp and there was a "hunt" quest there - that wasn't it. Nor was the Big Dig. Padawan - these are not the hunts you are looking for.

Unless you are a clairvoyant, the rallying spot for this event is located at 30.4 77.8 in Waking Shores (overlooking the valley) next to the 'Boss'. I was trying to find where this event was and spent most of the afternoon in the Obsidian Citadel hoping to trigger it. Silly me.
