Is it only for me that after I enter Hearth Chamber, Anduin Thrall and Jaina teleports there using spell and dont have any animation but Levitate to their spots ? they are talking tho

If, like me, you Use ElvUI and are unable to take this quest on a remix character or one that had previously not completed before 11.0.2 as it keeps looping. Log out and disable all add-ons, and log back in, you should be then able to accept the quest, or if you already have a lvl 80, take "I have heard this tale before" it will then port you straight to Dornogal.

If you skip the Dalaran introduction and go to Dornogal, you will skip all quests from A Poor Reception to Violent Impact and your character will appear in front of Brann Bronzebeard in Dornogal.

As a level 68 I got The War Within starter quest, but when I used the scroll and talked to Thrall the option to skip the campaign was not available, even after doing it on previous L70 alts.

It might be required that you are higher than 68 to get the option to skip the campaign and go to dornogol.
