Watch the visuals - little gold balls of light will jump out towards the hidden batteries. When you get close enough, a pile of sand will appear. Try not to be a bear, big bear bodies obscure small sand piles. Also the guide does not appear in druid bird form, on foot only.

Just to clarify, if you are in the area on your minimap, you will see a golden trail of light heading towards a hidden power cell
I found it easier to do on a ground mount, moving slowly through until I saw the light trail
One of the power cells is in the water, next to the chest

works like archeology ! follow the "direction" of the bar until 100 Power and loot the Power Cells
these "golden sparks also helps for the locations

Others have already kind of answered this.. but the take-away is you need to run through the blue radius on a ground mount until you see the golden orb shoot out in whatever direction. Once you do, you follow that path until it makes a mound of sand. That location is where you loot

If you got confused at first like me, just follow the little sparks until the power level meter fills up. The power cell will appear in the form of a pile of sand

The cell detector won't work when you're dragonriding. Walking or ground mounts only.

Be Smart, Don't be like me looking for a device in your bags, because there is none. Look for the sparkles instead.

Look for golden sparks shooting across the ground toward a spot.
Go stand on the spot until the meter fills up.
Loot the sand pile.

Make sure to dismount, if you are on a flying mount the radar will not trigger. use the radar to get closer to the power source. When you are close a golden orb will show you the way. You are looking for an interactive mound of dirt

Description

I am pleased Dagran has brought you here. I need help with a dangerous task. I used Dagran's opals to repair the titan console we recently recovered from this site. The Oathsworn have long wanted to learn more about the titans and restore records unreachable in the Archive--or from before its construction. This console may hold some answers if we can bring it back online. Take this device I have made. It will lead you to titan power cells we can use to power it on now that it is restored.
