Divine Kiss of Ohn'ahra is a secret mount obtaining from completing the quest: A Whispering Breeze

First you'll need to gain access to the npc Godoloto.
To do this, complete the questline starting with Sneaking Out /way #2023 56.2 75.8 Initiate Radiya.
Questline can be done while leveling.

To unlock A Whispering Breeze you'll need to pick up 3x Stolen Breath of Ohn'ahra that drop from the last boss in Nokhud Offensive Balakar Khan.
It seems to drop at ANY renown level with Maruuk Centaur on live, however a higher renown lvl might increase the dropchances. Can be looted on any difficulty as well.

Also you'll need renown 25 with the Maruuk Centaur & completed the questline for Lizi's Reins

Once you've done that, and have the 3x Stolen Breath of Ohn'ahra, you want to head to Godoloto, and you'll be able to pick up A Whispering Breeze.
The quest requires you to bring a couple of items:

3x Stolen Breath of Ohn'ahra, that you've already obtained.

a Tier 3 Exultant Incense. This can be crafted by an Alchemist with 22 renown with the Maruuk Centaur, as they need to get Recipe: Exultant Incense. You'll need 50 Alchemy to learn the recipé, however to get a guaranteed tier 3 Exultant Incense you'll need about a 250 skill in incenses as well. The Exultant Incense is thankfully BoE, so you can get this from other players, from the auction house etc.

Essence of Awakening is the last item needed. This is unlocked at renown 7 with Maruuk Centaur, and can be purchased from Quartermaster Huseng for 1xOccasional Sand & 50xDragon Isles Supplies.
Occasional Sand drops from Time-Lost mobs in Thaldrazsus at about 5-10% dropchance. /way 60.0 82.0
Be careful not to click the Essence of Awakening as it will disappear from your bags and you'll have to get a new.

Once you've aquired all the items, head to Ohn'ahra /way 57.59 31.92. to turn in the quest and recieve your new bird transform mount Divine Kiss of Ohn'ahra.

Got everything needed finished for this mount but Godoloto is not offering this quests, only the clues for the ingredients. Did they modify this for live?

YOU NEED TO BE RENOWN 25 for the quest to appear even if you already have all of the items.
ALSO you need to have finished the Lizi Mount quests chain :)

Okey, so im a bit confused.

Im renown 25, i have all rewards u can get.
I got the lizi mount,
I got the items u need, but there is no quest for me.

So i really dont know why its not working for me.

i did the mount lizi on another class first, and then i changed to a warrior and just did everything again but it doesnt work, or im just dumb ^^?

To be sure, can you confirm or denied that it cant be drop at mythic+ ? I did more then 10 runs and didnt see to drop, so probably will be limited for normal - hc and m0?

I had to pick up last quest that gives the 405ilvl token and the title for the quest to show up.

For those who have max renown with the centaur and all required mats to be elegible for the quest and yet you can't pick it up... The mats need to be in your bag, the quest will not appear if they are in the bank.

Also if you completed Lizi's reins quest on a different character and you are doing this on another one, you will not be able to re-do "To Tame A Thunderspine" quest, but you can still get the Ohn'ahra mount, credit for that quest is account-wide.

For anyone wondering why they cant pick up the quest from Godoloto, even if they are 25 renown, got all the items in their bags, and have completed the Lizi questline, you need to head to Khanam Matra Sarest, /way 60.04, 37.47 at the Maruukai, and complete the "Τhe Highest Honor", which is the last quest for hitting 25 renown. After that, you can return to Godoloto and the quest will be there :)

I ran into an issue with meeting all requirements for this quest to spawn, but it had not spawned for me. Turns out all I had to do was learn Lizi's Reins that was still left in my bags, and the quest was available once interacting with Godoloto, even though a quest icon was not visible above her head.

I found Godoloto at /way 56.5 73.3
If you got all the requirements and can't find the npc at the pointed start location, try these coordinates.

Can I just say this is a very anticlimactic achievement since you can't even fly when you get it. It's the same body as Zenet Avis, this time all white, and you're not sitting on top. To think I intentionally ran Nokhud 16 times to get the third breath....

I had similar issues being able to pick up the quest even after finishing all the requirements and gathering the items. The "solution" seems to be that you can only do this on the character who you obtained the Lizi mount on. This is a little annoying, but not hugely if you know which of your alts that is; the Stolen Breath items are account bound and can be traded to whichever character you obtained the mount on, and the incense can be freely bought on the AH and/or traded between alts. The Essence of Awakening is soulbound and therefore not tradeable, but it's purchaseable from the quartermaster in the giant tent in Maruukai for 50 Dragon Isle resources (which are plentiful and easy to obtain through world quests even on characters with very weak gear) and one Occasional Sand, which can be bought on the AH and/or freely traded between alts.

In case a specific example helps illustrate how to get "unstuck", here's the exact set of circumstances I had and how I dealt with them:

Circumstances:
* druid, renown 25 with Maruuk Centaur, Lizi not obtained on this character: Godoloto is not visible at the expected location when holding 3 Stolen Breaths, the incense, and the essence
* evoker, renown 25 with Maruuk Centaur, Lizi obtained on this character: Godoloto is visible at the expected location, but doesn't have essence in bags or bank
* hunter: happens to have Occasional Sand in his bank, probably from killing a mob that dropped it a long time ago

Steps taken:

1. Trade the 3 breaths from the druid to the evoker
2. Trade the Occasional Sand from the hunter to the evoker
3. Buy the incense from the AH on the evoker
4. Buy the essence from the quartermaster on the evoker (with the sand from the hunter)
5. Go to 56.45, 73.28 with the evoker and pick up quest from Godoloto
6. Go to 57.59 31.92 with the evoker and turn in quest to Ohn'ahra, obtaining mount

If you're stuck, and read nothing else here: YOU NEED TO BE ON THE SAME CHARACTER WHO YOU OBTAINED LIZI WITH

i have completed " Beast of the plains" quest chains but on another character that the one grinding Maruuk renown. Is that an issue ?

For anyone still working on this quest. The pinned location in the springs for Godoloto is where I was finally able to find him and get the quest. It does require 25 renowned with centaurs, completing the lizi chain, and having all the items on you.

so i have been given the quest a whispering breeze but when i go to where Ohn’ahra’s supposed to be their not there so i cant turn in the quest looking for any help or ideas cant seem to find anything about this at all anywhere

If you can't obtain renown rewards from quartermaster, A Whispering Breeze quest not showing. Including 25 renown reward.
