In case the quest objective "Place the Silver Scale" is not showing on the map,
the Silver Scale is right next to Watcher Koranos floating above the console.

You need to activate Tyrhold Consoles with the Titanic Overload:

Hi all

I present You Storyline The Silver Purpose which is part of Achievement Friend of the Dragon Isles. To unlock This Storyline You need to have Renown Level 12 with Valdrakken Accord.

Quests in order I done:

1. Ally of Dragons - Quest from Herald Flaps will appear when You will reach Renown Level 12 with Valdrakken Accord. Go to see Alexstrasza at the Seat of the Aspects in Valdrakken.
2. The Gift of Silver - Speak with Alexstrasza the Life-Binder conversation will start after collect Silver Scale.
3. The Legacy of Tyrhold - Fly to 58.15 58.74 and place Silver Scale then press on console.
4. The Magic Within - Use 6 console: /way 57.87 55.56 /way 58.33 57.75 /way 58.32 59.57 /way 59.85 56.37 /way 59.85 61.18 /way 57.85 61.93, then back to NPC and place Silver Scale.
5. A Spark of Discovery - Speak with Titan Spark and follow it killing all mobs in way.
6. Memories of the Past - First speak with Nozdormu Conversation and memories will start after finish speak with NPC one by one from left starting. When You finish this quest just wait.
7. Parting Instructions - Place the Silver Scale at the forge in Tyrhold 60.51 58.74 then press on Forge Console.
8. Hard Lock Life - Get 2 items ( This 2 mobs have long rfespawn time - just wait for them ):
- Primary Security Disc drop from Maiden of Diligence /way 57.65 63.63
- Secondary Security Disc drop from Maiden of Patience /way 57.91 53.65
Use Tyrhold Conduit on elite if need it :) is on extra bar. when you finish quest just wait.
9. Halls of Infusion: An Infusion of Materials - You need to go to Dungeon Halls of Infusion ( I go LFG normal or HC and was wait few min ) and do two things:
- 10xAncient Titansteel Ingot - All drop Watcher Irideus 1st boss.
- Slay last boss Primal Tsunami.
10. The Silver Purpose - First place Ingots on front side of forge. then activate Left and Right Forge Console Video will start. This Quest is finishing Storyline.

This quest could not be completed during an elemental storm. Watcher Koranos does not acknowledge your presence for the first objective.

It seems to be due to instancing being blocked during the storm. (my theory)

Doing this on my warlock alt as I write this. While I have the quest I also have the which is a special ability. Perfect for the bigger elites if you want to solo-farm Glowing Titan Orbs as they die like flies. Even the bigger 2.5M hp rares dies pretty fast. :)

Also perfect for farming if a storm is around in the area!

I will wait handing in the quest for now despite it probably will stop me in the campaign.

If you randomly get stuck in combat, there's probably a Titan Defense Matrix shooting you/bouncing around in the distance.

Description

Intriguing. There are many mysteries living within this citadel that no one, save Keeper Tyr himself, understand. If we are to unlock this further we shall have to explore more of Tyrhold. I believe that the scale will draw out secrets stored within this place. However. there is one complication. The guardians of Tyrhold are still... unstable. They may take your exploration as disruption and try to interfere. Take this conduit. It will help you should the guardians prove troublesome.
