As of a Recent patch (possibly the War Within Pre Patch?) This Quest now gives the formerly unobtainable boots from the tutorial set.

Description

Quilboar are savage and violent. I had thought the practice of necromancy beyond them. Obviously, we cannot allow them to continue their rituals. And certainly not on members of the Horde. Slay the quilboar in the den. They must learn the fatal error of their ways.
