To complete the objective, go to around 60.2, 72.7 in Bastion and ring the bells there. Then speak with the kyrian flying around at the pond in the center.

Next, go to 41.3, 56.3 and speak with Apolon.

Then go to 51.2, 19.1 and speak with Sika.

Next go to 41.7, 23.3 . There will be a platform there which you can use to reach the floating island (just click on the platform).

After the fight with Pelagos' Shadeweaver form, speak with Arios Riftbearer at 40.3, 20.6.

Take the platform back to the mainland, then go to 31.4, 23.3 to turn the quest in to Polemarch Adrestes.

Just wanted to note that I had a heck of a time finding Pelagos' "Shadeweaver" form and spent a good couple minutes clicking on Arios who was juuuuust too far away to interact with.

Pelagos is laying on the floor on the platform. He just blends in :) Accept his dialogue prompt to get the Shadeweaver to appear.

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 Convene the Paragons	Quest start from Polemarch Adrestes at Elysian Hold in Bastion 55 42. First use Echo of Aeons bell behind Polemarch Adrestes then go up. Listen to the conversation
2 Before the Dawn	"Gather the Watchers, Bearers, Centurions, and Collectors in order: 1 Watchers go to 59 73, use 3 Vesper of Harmony bells behind fillars then speak with Eridia. 2 Bearers go to 41 56 and speak with Apolon 3 Centurions go to 51 19 and speak with Sika 4 Collectors go to 40 20 to get ther use Transport Pad 41 23. Speak with Pelagos then help Him to slay His Shadoweaver. At end speak with Arios Riftbearer At last Meet Your forces at 31 23."
3 The Greater Good	"To start speak with Polemarch Adrestes Then go by stage: Stage 1 - Enter the Citadel of Loyalty Stage 2 - Slay mobs untill 100%. You will get 3 companion: Pelagos, Kleia and Mikanikos that will give you spell on extra bar ( Use it is doing good dmg ) Spells: 1.Sigil of Clarity 2.Valorous Charge 3. Supercharged Canister You can use them only in rotation 1->2->3->1->2->3. Stage 3 - Slay Adonias and Phaedra ( They share HP. Stage 4 - go to Truthbringer 26 24 use left coridor ( right is blocked xD ) Stage 5 - SLay mobe to stop them from activating Truthbringer. Stage 6 - Take the gateway to the temple 24 22. Stage 7 - Get Lysonia to 60% HP. Stage 8 - Rally to Elysian Hold jump on Chyrus to get there He will fly to You. Final Stage - Defeat Lysonia."
4 Kyrestia's Grace	Escort Uther. They walking very slow xD
5 An Earned Bond	First speak with Mikanikos He is on botom in Elysian Hold to do Soulbind: Mikanikos.
6 Our Realm Reclaimed	Witness the Crest of Ascension become empowered by the Temple of Loyalty. speak with Polemarch Adrestes to start. after this quest storyline is done and 1 Renown rewarded.

Previous Quest: Convene the Paragons

Coordinate information is at the bottom.

After picking up the quest you will either make your way to the Temple of Purity or use your teleport pad (if you have Level 2 unlocked) where you will find Eridia. Once here you will need to click on 3xVesper of Harmony which will help restore Eridia. After Eridia is restored you will need to head over to her to talk to her and choose the dialog "We need our Watcher's aid in battle."

Your next stop will be Xandria's Vigil which you can get to by using the teleporter pad you just left or making your way to the flight master and traveling there. Once here you will need to talk to Apolon and choose the dialog "We need the Bearers at the Temple of Loyalty."

Next stop is The Eternal Forge where you will need to meet with Sika and choose the dialog "We need our Centurions in battle.".

The next stop is The Eonian Archives where you will need to find Pelagos and choose the dialog "I am with you." Once you have done this Pelagos' Doubt will spawn that you have to defeat. Upon defeating Pelagos' Doubt, Arios Riftbearer will lower to the ground where you talk to them and click the dialog "We need the Collectors for the battle ahead."

Now that all your forces are gathered you'll be heading to the Court of Elation to meet Polemarch Adrestes to turn the quest in.

Did you encounter Arios Riftbinder staying out of reach after killing Pelagos Doubt?

Keep an eye on your map as it shows you where to go next in Bastion with a shield marker. You cannot just run with coordinates in any order you want. After each interaction you will get a completed notification; if you are not getting a notification you have gone out of order. Be careful, as if you change the order or even miss one you will still be able to fight Pelagos Doubt, but Arios Riftbinder will not lower to the ground, which keeps you from gathering the Collectors. You will have to open your map and follow where it sends you the right way and return back to refight Pelagos Doubt.

Bugged as of 1/13/2021. Pelagos is there, but you cannot talk to him to spawn his shadow.

Relogging does not fix the issue. Killing yourself does not fix the issue. Checking to see if abandoning the quest and restarting does.

Just a note, you will not be able to complete world dailies in these areas while you are on this quest, even though they show up when you enter the area. After completing the quest, I was able to see the enemies needed to complete world dailies again.

I just wanted to say that if you wanted to explore Bastion but feel like you can't because there are too many enemies in the way, this quest is probably the best time to do it. There are no enemies anywhere at the Temple of Purity, the Temple of Courage, or the Necrotic Wake, allowing you to just walk all over the place and take in the scenery. I even got a Phalynx of Humility from the Temple of Purity after channeling anima down there and getting the treasure. ^^

Edit: The anima crystal shards are here too. I found one on top of a pillar in the Temple of Courage, and still no enemies to have to deal with. :D

Ok, I have to say it. You just rang the bell earlier and the Paragons just magically popped in, why would you have to run around to THEIR temples and tell them what to do?

Because the designers love time consuming quests in this xpac.

Also, be nice if the story explained what a Watcher, Bearer, Collector, etc is.

The Night Fae were smart enough to have horns that would call people to battle. Couldn't these bell obsessed folks have created a bell that would call all their own people to battle?

Don't leave the area where Pelagos is after he starts his monologue. I thought, "Hey, I'll run upstairs and finish this Uther movie quest while I'm here!" Turned out to be far less efficient than I thought it would be, because when I got back down to Pelagos, he was lying on the ground in a pool of black stuff and wouldn't do anything. Apparently my being too far away broke the quest script. I relogged, quit the game, did a /reload, etc.; nothing I tried would "un-bug" him. I had to drop the quest and redo the whole thing, running to the four corners of the zone again.

For those that have recently switched covenants and have already unlocked flying, you need to use the Transfer pad to fly to island in order to see Pelagos. If you fly directly there he won't spawn.

Quest "Before the Dawn " is so much easier if you have flying unlocked. - Sooo much running my first time doing this .......
