There’s a lot of people going for these two, so you may have to wait for them to spawn!
Ragash is by the water to the left of the boats at 46:18, and Gormok is at 47:20 under the trees.

A Threat from the North is actually the previous quest.

This is actually concurrent with Rescue Effort and Defending Lor'danel.

The Guidance of Our Shan'do is the followup (as above).

Action This Day
• Accept the quest, Action This Day, from Captain Delaryn Summermoon at coords 50.4, 19.7 (Lor'danel, Darkshore).
• Head northeast to 47.0, 18.6, and defeat Ragash Bloodwish.
• Travel southeast to coords 47.6, 20.4, and fight Gormok Axefall.
- - When he is about to cast Whirlwind, move away from him.
• Travel east, to coords 50.4, 19.7.
• Turn in the quest to Captain Delaryn Summermoon.

If you couldn't find this quest - like me - you'd gone back in time to fly to Darnassus. Need to go back to the present to get this quest. So clunky.

Description

Two of the Horde's strongest warriors have led a charge to try and capture our fleet. We cannot allow this, <name>. If they take our ships, they will use them to sail to Darnassus! Slay the two warriors leading the attack, and the rest of them will give up the fight.
