After you exit the Great Seal take the stairs down to the right.
Enforcer Sekal is near the end of the staris
Turn right after the stairs and follow the path to the south.
When you see the stairs down, take them and you will see Enforcer Dakanji
Take stairs down one more time and you will find Enforcer Gortok at the end
Move north and then turn west to find Bladeguard Kaja

All coordinates are in Dazar'alor:Zuldazar map and not main Zuldazar:Zandalar

If you have a boosted character...Click the table first and start Vol'dun area quest chain!
Then you can get the quest from the princess
