If you got at least 200 Ancient Mana on you while doing this quest, you can open the portal to/from Shal'Aran while you are there.

OMFG - why is everything videos? is there money for them?

1) take the portal to "Sanctum of Order"
2) stay in the BUILDING

the turn in is up the stairs ... easy to get to
if you LEAVE THE BUILDING, you have gone to far

after turning this quest in, you get the next quest to go up to the roof and kill the wackjob
you get a special tool bar, easy kill

I would add coords, except that it is impossible to get around that stupid city without a proper map and I am never going back there

this line was the most pain the ass ... unless you are a nightelf or a rogue .... so many death walks ... sigh

If you did not receive In the Bag quest after completing Vote of Confidence look in your quest log for the quest Or Against Us because you need to pay Arluin(48.8,73.4) 1200 ancient mana to continue the chain.

Ly'leth Lunastre located in a big building of Sanctum of Order, near the main gates of Suramar city. Entrance is at 43.1 62.1 point (grand promenade), get in, then turn left of right and teleport down to Ly'leth. I guess, easy way to reach it is using teleport pad at square and then just run to the city gates. There's also a teleport inside in a corner left from Lyleth. It counts for Now You're Thinking With Portals and you have to spend 100 ancient mana to activate it.

In case you're running back and forth around the stupid building wondering why you're on top of the objective and nothing is happening (like I did for a while), the objective is on another floor.

Run into the building, turn left, step on the glowing circle on the ground to get to the next floor.

I don't know if things have changed or if the directions here are just garbage. But basically to talk to her you have to go down a rampway to get to her on this platform (in the building Order of Sanctum). There is an observer right in the way, so I don't see how to get to her unless you fight that observer.

However! If you already have the portal in this building it's trivial to get to her. Just port, and she's a few yards away.

Can't imagine why anyone would get to this point in the questline and not have that portal.

If you're looking down at her, you have to run around to the bottom and take a 180 turn to hand the quest in. Left me a little confused.

For some reason there's a Duskwatch executor (with the Detector ability) in the way now. Have to kill him together with other guards to proceed with the quest.

I was killed in while running in the Sanctum of Order, before witnessing the ascension of Ly'leth Lunastre. I could not get back to my corpse as the teleporters would not work for my ghostly self. When I came back to life, the quest read "completed" and was sending me to a spot near the outside wall, around 39,59. However, when I got arrived, there was no where to turn in the quest. I had to go back down to the Sanctum of Order, kill the guards, and then go up on Ly'leth's platform to complete the quest and to take the next step in the quest chain.

I hate suramar and I hate these quests. Blizzard, it's just not fun to solo.

Well, that was interesting. I couldn't figure out how to exactly get to Ly'leth from the symmetrical elevator disks without fighting through a bunch of mobs with see-through capabilities. I could see where she was on the circular elevated platform but it was surrounded with all kinds of hostiles. Great, another five corpse runs. How much do I love the guys in Irvine now? As it turns out, it wasn't that hard. You can't pull them one by one because half or more of them are casters and won't come when you call unless you're a DK, in which case this should have been really easy. But I found that if you creep up on them slowly, you only end up fighting two or three at a time. None were elite and a few went down a little quicker than I expected.
Maybe they got tired of listening to Ly'leth and what's-his-name bickering. There were five in between the "elevator lobby" and the circular corridor that leads to Ly'leth's platform, then another four guarding the ramp to Ly'leth's platform. Not as tough as it looks at first. Make sure you've got some of the expensive potions for this one because you'll never find your corpse if you die in there.

For some reason I cannot pick up this quest from Ly'leth Lunastre. I completed "Rumor Has It" but did not get any additional objectives or quests after. She doesn't give me a quest or even talk to me when I click on her. I am in the location that I turned in the last quest. I"m sure I'm missing something. Any suggestions?

The quest will automatically complete once you get to the Sanctum of Order near the Summoning Stone. Then you will have to find Ly'leth who is now on a platform up a small set up steps near the center where you are now standing. Check the map for the ? question mark. Turn in to get "Ly'leth's Champion" the next quest in the chain.

If you've already opened the portal to Shal'Aran inside the Sanctum of Order:

Go into the Sanctum of Order building.
Go downstairs.
You'll see the NPC on the left on a platform. Ignore her.
Go to the portal to Shal'Aran on the bottom floor of the building and click it.

Quest completes without having to interact with Ly'leth.

For anyone that is currently stuck on "In the Bag" not showing up for you, like I was. I fixed it by doing the 2 quests, "Rescuing Allen", and "Vote of Confidence.". Then the quest popped up from Ly'leth.
