Appears broken. Cannot find remaining ritual items after flying to the camp site. Tried reloads and relogs. Anyone able to complete quest?

Since the map is completely unhelpful, to get to the portal to Kharazan, you have to take the portal to Dalaran, then go into the center of Dalaran to the Chamber of the Guardian, and down the steps, the portal to Kharazan is on the right.

As of 6/27/2016, this quest is still bugged for Frost mages... I have checked in for a few days now to see if it has been fixed, and submitted a bug to Blizzard about it days ago. Still nothing :(

07/05/16, I finally got the option to faction change my beta frost mage to see if it worked in repairing the quest, and it turns out it did for me. Now I have Ebonchill, and have changed back to Alliance via another faction change (just relog over and over until it pops up again) and have gotten to level 104 and climbing! :)

Frost mages are getting stuck on this quest and this is the way to fix the problem. You need to get to the version of Deadwind Pass that no longer has Dalaran floating above it. In order to do that, you have to complete 3 quests. Go to the Dalaran above Broken Isles and talk to Archivist Elysiana in The Violet Citadel. She will ask:

Do you wish to hear a tale from the past, Player?

and you reply:

I want to experience the return of Magni Bronzebeard and Khadgar's adventures in Karazhan.

You receive the quest: Calling of the Council

Take the portal to Stormwind (or Orgrimmar for Horde), then take the same portal to the Dalaran over Deadwind Pass that you took for the quest In the Blink of an Eye. Talk to Khadgar outside the Violet Citadel and complete the quest. At that point Brann Bronzebeard shows up and offers you a nice little side trip to Ulduar:

When you're finished in Ulduar, you take a portal to the front gate of Karazhan. At this point, if you look up, you'll still see Dalaran above you, so you're not where you want to be yet. Turn in the quest and pick up:

Hiding in the Stacks

When you finish in Karazhan, Khadgar will port you to the Dalaran above Deadwind Pass. However, when you turn in the quest, the game will reload and you will be in the Dalaran over Broken Isles. At this point, your problem is solved. Just take the portal to Karazhan in the Chamber of the Guardian. Dalaran is no longer over Deadwind Pass and the Abandoned Kirin Tor Camp is properly phased to finish The Deadwind Site quest.

Fixed the bug by dropping the intro quest.

My server crashed as I was starting the WoD mage quests. When it came back up, that pink voidwalker was following me again. I accepted the quest to make it go away.

When I got to The Deadwind Site, nothing was there. After about 20 minutes of searching, I randomly dropped the intro quest. Karazhan disappeared above deadwind pass and the mobs spawned. Quest completed.

I couldn't find the artifacts either unitl I completed Khadgar's City under Siege quest i think. So I took the portal from Dalaran to Karazhan flew straight up to Dalaran where i could continue the quest line and finish up that quest. Teleported back to Hall of the Guardian then to Dalaran then to the Chamber of the Gaurdian went through the teleport to the room with all the Portals took Karazhan again and then Korin Tor NPCs where out front of Karazhan. Flew over to the experimental site and found the stuff for the Deadwind Site quest.

My wife and I both have mages, so we decided to do this one together. When we went through the portal, mobs and quest items where there for me, but nothing was there for her.

I did the quest, and she was getting experience for my kills, but we were phased and she couldn't do anything to help. Both of us had gone through the full pre-expansion quest line before the actual release, but reading the comments here we decided to have her try talking to the Archivist that Dreddful mentions in their comment here as well.

Going back through the quest that she was given did solve the problem for her. We're now in phased groups of mobs even though the quests aren't phased? Beats me. We can't kill things together, but we can both see them and both do the quest so we'll take what we can get.

I have no idea why the quest was bugged for her and not for me. The other two quests that they give you at the same time we were able to do together. We did have some phasing issues in the Daio quest where if we didn't do the final chat option at the same time then our demons were phased so we had to fight different groups of them at the same time. We couldn't see each other's demons to fight them at all.

1. The Deadwind Site
• Accept the quest, The Deadwind Site, from Meryl Felstorm at coords 58.3, 42.9 (Hall of the Guardian).
• Travel south to 57.2, 89.8, and click on the Portal to Dalaran.
• Travel to the center of Dalaran, and step on the transporter at 49.1, 47.8.
• Go southwest, down the corridor and steps to 33, 73.
• Click the Portal to Karazhan.
• Proceed northwest to 36.0, 64.3, and click on the Functional Ward.
• Head northwest to a tent at 35.0, 62.8, and click on the Ritual Notes.
• Go west to 34, 63, and listen to Merina speak.
• Travel north to 34.2, 59.9, and click on the Ritual Focusing Crystal.
• Use your Teleport: Hall of the Guardian ability to transport back to your Order Hall.
• Head north, up the stairs to 58, 42.
• Turn in the quest to Meryl Felstorm.

if you are horde...portal to Stonard. the portals in Dalaran are no longer there...even for this quest - which i thought they were supposed to be :-(
