1. Into The Heavens (Scenario)
• Accept the quest, Into The Heavens, from King Phaoris at coords 54.8, 32.8 (Ramkahen, Uldum).
• Exit the building, and use the Essence of the Whirlwind, you were provided.

Stage 1 - Into the Skies
• Both yourself and Li Li Stormstout, will be transported to Skywall.
• Defeat the mobs between you and the Image of Typhinius, at 31.0, 45.3: Howling Winds & Lesser Sandling.

Stage 2 - Running in the Clouds
• Follow Li Li Stormstout up the base of the ramp from 30.1, 47.4.
- - You can get the Fair Winds speed boost by running over the blue-green cyclone(s), Fair Winds.

Stage 3 - A Shocking Development
• Once at the top of the ramp, engage the mobs in front of you and click on the Stormtouched Orb at 32.5, 52.6 to destroy it.
• Continue southwest to 29.3, 54.8, and destroy the Stormtouched Orb, defeating any mobs that come in your way.
• Proceed up the stairs, to the southwest, to the third and final orb at 25.5, 60.4.
• Once all 3 Stormtouched Orb are destroyed, the Image of Typhinius will appear nearby and summon the Scion of Typhinius.
- - Interrupt Stormborn and Lightning Bolt
• Travel southeast to 29, 63.
- - You will be effected by Gusting Winds. You can use Roll, Flying Serpent Kick, or a similar-type ability. to rush down the stairs.

Stage 4 - Against The Storm
• Defeat the 4 waves of Typhinius:
• Kaeled and 2 Howling Winds
- - After Kaeled casts Lightning Whip, get out of the effected ground to avoid continued Lightning Whip damage.
• Na'ser and 2 Storm Cloud
- - Avoid the Whirling Winds (cyclone) summoned by Na'ser.
• Melezan and 2 Storm Cloud
- - Interrupt Focused Lightning cast by Melezan.
• Zaurac
- - When Lightning Breath is cast, move out of the frontal cone.
• Shortly after "defeating" Zaurac, it will take off only to come crashing back down.

Stage 5 - Dragon Wrangling
• Click on Zaurac, so that you may ride it.

Stage 6 - The Tyrant of Skywall
• As you being flown to 34.5, 84.1, by Zaurac, Li Li Stormstout tells you she find another way to catch up.

Stage 7 - Fists of the Heavens (Final Stage)
• After Zaurac drops you off, you must defeat Typhinius
- - Interrupt Focused Lightning.
- - After Lightning Whip is cast, get out of the effected ground to avoid continued Lightning Whip damage.
- - Avoid the Whirling Winds (cyclone).
• Click on the Fists of the Heavens, to claim your artifact weapon.
• Click on Li Li's Kite at 35.7, 84.3, to get a ride back to The Wandering Isle.
• After landing, enter the Laughing Crane bar and grill, turning in the quest to Li Li Stormstout.

An item is placed in your bag which allows you to teleport to continue the quest.

This is a scenario to obtain Fists of the Heavens. Get outside and use Essence of the Whirlwind.
You'll be teleported to Skywall. Scenario has 7 stages:

Defeat atackers and follow Li Li.
Li Li will run afar, you have to run follow her, avoid sand tornadoes and use green ones to boost your speed.
There are three stormtouched orbs through the instance, you have to switch them off. Also defeat Scion of Typhinius
During fourth phase you have to defeat few waves of mobs.In the end Zaurac will come, defeat it.
Jump onto Zaurac.
The drake will take you straight to Typhinius

So for some reason the quest never marked "Use the Essence of the Whirlwind" as being completed, as well as the subsequent steps. So I have my weapons with this still in my log.

http://i.imgur.com/cyd8qrD.jpg and unfortunately at the end of the scenario there are no fists for me to loot again, so it will forever remain uncompleted.

So what are you supposed to do when you finish this quest and are left with no quests in your log and no indication as to the way forward?

to people who lili dosent follow them and just goes and so stage 4 mob dosent spawn
you should fast kill the first 4 mobs and catch up with lili when she's going up
if you catch up she will start following you .

Description

This stone is saturated with elemental power, possibly the remnant of the magic used against Irmaat!

If you went outside and held the stone aloft, it should unleash the stone's essence as a mighty whirlwind. So potent a windstorm could carry you and your companion all the way to Skywall!

If the hand blades of Irmaat, the Fists of the Heavens, are as powerful as the old tales say, they would certainly be found there.
