Then go back to your fishing shack in your garrison to turn in

Have they dropped the last part of this questline? After I talked to Nat in Karasang there was no part three at my garrison but Nat is there and giving out his bait. This is my second Alliance character to go get Nat and my fishing skill is only 660 atm. Maybe having done everything required on my main some time back is why im not getting the 3rd quest that ends at my Garrison.

Edit, So apparently while you can do the first two parts of this questline, you will not pick up this last quest until you hit 700 skill. I ended up going back to Krasarang Wilds to find Nat finally had this quest available, even though he was giving me the bait I needed back in Dreanor at my level 3 fishing shack :)

Currently at 525 base fishing skill and this quest is not available. Tried to apply Worm Supreme still did not become available. I will return in a couple days once I reach 700 if it then becomes available.
This was done on a Level 100
UPDATE: Once I had 700 Fishing, then the quest was available. To the reply Yes it 100% dependent on your fishing skill. .

I got Luring Nat when my Fishing skill reached 100. I reached the 100 while I had the temporary buff from Captain Rumsey's Lager. I then traveled to Nat in Pandaria, I was able to complete Finding Nat Pagle, but he didn't offer me the next quest (this quest) because my Fishing skill had dropped below 100.

I wasn't aware of this, so I thought the quest line would continue in Draenor and traveled back to the Garrison, and now the confusing part was that Nat indeed was standing there in my Fishing Shack… but without any quest.

After a while of thinking about how I did this on my other toons, I finally realized the problem. I added a few more Fishing skill points, so that I had 100 just with the buffs from the pole and the hat (drinking another Rumsey's would have done the trick too). I traveled back to the Nat in Panadaria and was finally able to pick up the quest.

So, unlike me, keep your temporary buff(s) in mind! This will save you an extra trip to Pandaria :-)

What's this species, an arcane trout you say? I have never even heard of a fish like this, much less seen one in person! I have to find more fish like this, it's what I live for! And if the fishing is as good as you say it is, there is just no way I can pass this opportunity up.
