You DO NOT need your Sargerei Disguise in order to kill/loot the spears - the mobs are still hostile to you with or without the disguise.

However, when you have the disguise it makes the Sargerei mobs in the area non-hostile, which allows you easier access to get to the quest guys.

You DO however NEED the disguise on when you go to turn in the quest or you will not be able to see the NPCs.

This is part of one out of 12 possible weekly Garrison Campaign series. You receive one every week on a rotation.

Completion provides criteria 'The Sargerei' for achievement The Garrison Campaign/The Garrison Campaign, if you fill the assault bar you also get 800 Apexis Crystal.

Sorry, folks.

If you turn in both your 2 quests to Anchorite Laanda , you can NO LONGER gain disguise pieces by killing Sargerei mobs. And you can never turn in your other work (pod people having spears, and Eldermoss) to Soulbinder Zamaya (visible only when your disguise quests are active) on the other side of Sargerei bldg.

Obviously, I made this mistake, and I paid for it.

If you lost your disguise. Just go down the stairs, kill some Sargerei initiates and they will drop the 3 pieces needed for the disguise pretty fast.

I couldn't see the NPC until i got a new disguise. When you mouse over the initiates it won't show that they'll drop the items, but they do.

If you lose your disguise, kill Sargerei enemies to collect a Sargerei Cowl, Sargerei Robe, and Sargerei Slippers to create a Sargerei Disguise.

Description

Ah, initiate. Are you ready for your first task?

The woods to the south are filled with pesky podlings. The filthy things dig up our farms, steal supplies, and prey on unwitting trainees.

They are disgusting, horrible creatures which need to be eliminated.

<Zamaya gives you a skeptical look.>

I will require their spears as proof that you finished this task.
