I'm guessing this ISN'T part of The Garrison Campaign...? Some of the "weeklies" from NPC's in Garrisons seems to qualify, just can't seem to see what (if any) part this credits.

After you enter Stonefury Cliffs, from the flight path, as you get to the bottom, there is the one path heading up into Stonefury and it has bones along the right side of the path. Hug the bones and when they end, there is a little path heading up to the top of the rise creating the cliff you were against. (If you enter Stonefury Cliffs and all the Ogres and other NPC's despawn and are not there - READ THE NOTE at the bottom of this post.)

As you get to the top, there is a little tent like structure to the right and you find Owynn Graddock. He will give you the follow-up:

Out of the Chains:
You go across the camp and kill the big-jailor Ogre, Nub the Torturer, and loot the Bloodmaul Shackle Key, returning to Owynn Graddock, and unlocking the ball attached to his shackle. Complete Out of the Chains with Owynn Graddock and he will give you the follow-up:

Gearing Up:
Go back down turn right and follow the left and up the first path keeping left. Across the first area, take the road up to the second area. The Ogre Chest is sitting just to the left of the door to the building. It contains Owynn's Armor.

Go back to the bottom and straignt ahead, slightly left is a wooden fence on each side of the entrance (usually guarded by two Ogres). Go through and straight ahead is a tower. Go around the building to the right, and behind it will be a table with Owynn's Noggenknocker leaning up against the building. Loot it and take Owynn's Mace.

Back to the front of the building and instead of going out, down to the left, take the path up to the right (Straight ahead no right turn... right fork). Keep following the path to the very top. As you enter the top area, there is a building to your right and just past that building is a table with the Owynn's Dagger (which contains Owynn's Dagger).

Collect:
49.8, 21.2 Owynn's Armor (contained within Ogre Chest)
43.9, 15.1 Owynn's Mace (contained within Owynn's Noggenknocker)
45.2, 21.1 Owynn's Dagger

Back to the starting point and hand in Gearing Up to Owynn Graddock, who will then become Owynn Graddock and offer you the follow-up:

Seeking the Truth:
Escort Owynn Graddock back down, following the path to the Owynn's Noggenknocker behind the tower, and continue across the lava. At the other side hard left (between the first two buildings) and a follow the path to the cave (40.4, 21.4 - Same cave where you met Orlana Strongbrow earlier). As you begin to enter the cave, Seeking the Truth will complete and you hand it in to Owynn Graddock. Who then gives you the follow-up:

The Shadow Gate:
Immediately to a video cut showing Borgal Doomfist creating a portal and tasking Grubnor Wargut to guard it. You go in and kill Grubnor Wargut then take the portal, and hand in The Shadow Gate to Owynn Graddock. Who does a bit of RP then Orlana Strongbrow appears and offers the follow-up quests:

Cleansing the Souls
Kill Crazed Soul and use the provided Luminescent Soul Shard on their corpses.
and
The Totems That Bind
Find Borgal's Totems and loot the Borgal's Totem from them.

The followup from Orlana Strongbrow:
Soulgrinder Survivor
Click two Borgal's Totem and kill Borgal Doomfist when he spawns after a short RP with Orlana Strongbrow.

Eventually ending with a hand in to Owynn Graddock.

NOTE at the BOTTOM:

If you show up on the Stonefury Cliffs only to find that all the mobs have despawned and it is barren, it means you need to find Orlana Strongbrow and do a quest chain.

To get to Orlana Strongbrow, you continue through the Stonefury Cliffs until you come to the lava. Cross the lava, and when you get to 41, 15 you will begin to see ghosts and such. When you see an Umbral Lurker you are getting there. Take the path south along the lava (keeping the lava to your left). The path will lead to a cave (40.2 21.5) with Orlana Strongbrow waiting for you.

The first two quests you do for her simultaneously will be:
Cleansing the Souls
and
The Totems That Bind

The followup that will allow you to see the inhabitants of the Stonefury Cliffs is:
Soulgrinder Survivor

I put the Alliance version of the quests here, since most Horde will have done these already.
Finding Orlana Strongbrow took me forever. I backed out of Stonefury and made my way all over the map trying to get to the ! for Orlana Strongbrow. No luck until I went back through the Stonefury Cliffs to get to her.

anyone have an issue where owynn wont update/advance the quest? Not getting an update yet im standing on his head...

Description

Commander, I have bad news to report.

Agent Graddock was out on assignment to keep an eye on the Bloodmaul and he missed his deadline to check back in.

Something's not right, <name>.

If Owynn was captured they may have locked him away with their slaves.

Head over to Stonefury Cliffs and see if you can locate him.
