I thought it was weird Gearmage Astalon was wearing tier 13 Cataclysm pieces, but after a quick Wowhead search it appears the shopkeepers you're slaying aren't the ones from the WotLK's Dalaran.

Took me two hours to figure this out, but hopefully this will save the rest of you a lot of time/frustration:

1.) IF YOU NEED TO GET BACK IN PHASE TO FINISH/TURN IN QUESTS, go back to Krasarang Wilds and talk to the NPC Seamus Goldenkicks <Portal-Mage> at Lion's Landing.

2.) IF YOU WANT TO PREVENT/FIX THE BUG FROM HAPPENING, I am pretty sure I know what is causing it. Go back to Theramore and tell the NPC Zidormi that you want to be taken back to the present. If your Theramore is currently phased to the past, then you will have phasing problems when you try to enter the Sunreaver's section of Dalaran to complete these quests. If your Theramore is currently phased to the present, then you should be fine.

i've never felt so filthy having to follow orders for the alliance.. Killing civilians in their homes and place of work, defending their livelihoods, and the place they called home, which they fought the very essence of death to defend alongside me in the past.

For what? the actions of a small handful of spies from garrosh.

Still up to date Spot On as of Patch 6.2.3 for wanting to know how to get back on track to turning not only this quest in, but also " Nowhere to Run " and its chain entirety and at'least 2 more that i'm aware of ?

As a bonus perk, i found it to also be a profitable venture from slaying the townsfolk as the green 400 ilvl gear was selling for an average of 16g a piece and within ten minutes of just running around wreaking havoc I had filled two 24 slot bags with such green items, as well as Windwool Cloth and Mote of Harmony respectively.

It also pinged my counter rate for darkmoon fair quest Test Your Strength at a pleasently rapid rate. Nevertheless, after talking with NPC Seamus Goldenkicks <Portal-Mage> at Lion's Landing, He's a little gnome character in a dark colored wizard outfit about half way up the hilly path to the flight master section.

After conversing with said mage ^ to hand in those omg where do I hand in these oldy junk or no junk kinda quests, i gots to do it! We're all guilty now an then ;) , Your suddenly back in the time of Dalaran where you were slaughtering everyone for betraying the Kirin Tor.
