If you bought the Grand Expedition Yak you can buy the Plum Wine directly from the vendor on the mount.

If not, you can buy it from Den Den in The Lazy Turnip which is located just north-east of Jogu.

Rewards 3300 Reputation for Jogu the Drunk.

Mission unlocks as soon as you become Buddies, very similarly to the Buy A Fish A Drink?, which unlocks as soon as you become acquaintances. Both quest requirements can be purchased from the same areas - primarily Den Den. He is more like North Northeast from Jogu the Drunk.

Basically pushes you to 1/3 completion of the Buddy rank instantly.

To assist you all with Dark Soil collecting, The Tillers reputation grinding and each farmer's reputation I made an AddOn which I put up at Curse.

It has almost all the Dark Soil locations plus all the help you need for finding each farmer, the correct gift to give, a few map markers for getting the questing underway and so on. Plus... recently I added Dog! Why? Well... because we all love Dog!
