All new Pandaren will be given this as a third quest. Simply go down the hill and destroy 5 Training Targets.

The training targets look like giant punching bags, unlike the traditional stick-figure training dummies you see in capitol cities.

Does anyone else find it funny that when you destroy another trainee's training target they compliment you? I would think their fur would get alil ruffled from someone destroying their target and getting in their way, but that's me.
