You can begin these quests by going to Westreach Summit and completing The Grimtotem Are Coming!, and taking a ride to the Speedbarge. After you finish the Speedbarge chain up to and including Circle the Wagons... er, Boats. you may go back to the goblin Pozzik to obtain the quest: Negotiations. Finish his quests until you are sent back to the Speedbarge. (You may also need to complete Southsea > Holdfast chain culminating with The Mad Magus) You will now receive the quest Free Freewind Post. Take the trip to the quest end location to begin making your way towards the Chief of Chiefs. After defeating him, you will discover Lakota Windsong and be sent to deal with Trouble at Highperch. During this quest, you will discover Twilight's Hammer nearby. Meet up with Lakota Windsong once more at her new location, and complete the tasks Magatha asks of you. When the world is saved, make your way back to the Speedbarge to collect your reward.

After finishing this quest chain, I'm really hoping that we'll personally get to play a part in Magatha's presumably inevitable downfall, rather then it simply being an event that takes place in a future novel or something similar.

It's rather disappointing that finishing these quests doesn't phase the zone out so the Horde owns Freewind Post again. :(

For those that just want to finish this quest and are trying to skip a whole bunch at the same time, here are some pre-reqs you'll run into:

Before you can get your own boat you'll have to start a Bar Fight! and rescue Rigfizzle who's stuck In the Outhouse sunken under the boat.
Before being send off to Free Freewind Post you'll have to rescue Synge / Wizzle and kill The Mad Magus

I really enjoyed this quest chain except for the ending. It's just kind of like wtf? I hope theres something else made to continue this on like realizing that Magatha is corrupt and she's gonna use the stone for evil and you have to stop her or something.
But I can only wish.

On a side note: I got Thousand Needles Quests while just going for the end quest by doing all it's pre-requisit quests and some side quests that were in the same area. (Also did a chain started with Special Delivery for Brivelthwerp but afaik this is not needed.)
