Arrows start around 38,82 along with bears you need for "A Mighty Hunger"

Easy to complete while killing bears for the other quest you get at the same time. Everywhere there is a bear, there is a feather.

If you don't have your graphics settings such that you can see the sparkles you will never find the feathers. They blend in to the grass very well.

The above information is completely inaccurate. The feathers are in the same area as the bears but not every bear has a feather near him/her, the feathers are VERY easy to see on the ground, even without the sparkles, they're brownish-red and white.

Wow! For awhile I thought I was going blind! They are tough to find!
At least I found out that they're actually there, haha.. They're very small!
I only found one because I was mousing over the ground and I had a loot symbol on my cursor.. Whew..
For me, it was easier to find them in the grass along the road, I even found a feather on the path. It seemed like on the hills close to the mountain range was less likely for them.. Could of just been for me, though!

This is going to sound odd, but... look on the other side of the road for feathers. I've done this quest on several toons and every time I end up on the other side and I find a whole bunch.
(the other side being the grassy area North of the road)

I'm getting about 1 drop of a feather per 30 bears... but, I don't think the bears have anything to do with the feathers. The feathers are just randomly lying around on the ground.
The feathers do not sparkle.
I submitted a better screenshot of a feather, but I haven't seen it post... yet.

Description

We must always be prepared for battle, <name>. Whether that battle is against the Forsaken in Andorhal, against the Scourge in the east, or against some yet-unknown foe is unknown. What is known, is that we must be ready.

We are low on arrows. I can obtain the shafts and heads, but I still need feathers. The birds that circle to the northwest typically molt this time of year. Would you mind traveling out into the field and gathering some of these feathers for our camp?
