Go to the Pale roost to the northest, aka terraths 39.9 19.5 spawn if you recieve "you do not meet the requirements of this quest" after turning in steady hand while riding a flying mount

Be sure to dismount any flying mount when turning in this quest or you'll get the message "you do not meet the requirements for this quest" and the next quest, Don't. Stop. Moving. will not be available.

If you inadvertently skip Don't. Stop. Moving., eventually you'll have no available quests available to you in Deepholm.

Coords for this are 30.0 24.0 Took me a min to find bc he wasnt stand there like norm NPC's.After standing there for a min he appeared outta nowhere quest complete.Also you may stay mounted while turning it in i.e. This is after bug has been fixed :)

I just did this and dismounted as well and still got the "you dont meet the requirements for this quest" and didnt get the next one. WTH?

Annoyingly phased out during shaman's doomhammer acquisition scenario. Complete that one first, then the NPC will appear.

Steady Hand

Speak to Terrath the Steady at the Pale Roost.

Description

Nearby to the north, you will find Terrath the Steady. He has taken upon the task of pulling the stone dragons back into the fold. We find ourselves repeating this trial every few hundred years... the stone dragons are fickle, and bend only to strength.

Terrath is balanced and reasonable, but his goals may not be easily accomplished. Go to him. Appeal to the more balanced side of the Stonemother.
